Based on a stratocaster, the design has been altered to improve the comfort, playability and tuning stability of the instrument. The body is thinner with the neck joint carved to ease the access to that area of the neck. The guitar is fitted with locking/staggered tuners (no need for a string retainer that keep the strings from coming back in place when using the trem), graphite nut (again to improve the tuning stability) and Wilkinson VS100 tremolo. This particular guitar is made out ash for the body, flame maple for the neck and a birds-eye maple fingerboard with built-in LED side markers.
